NebuCore Tech helps users upload PDF files, extract table data, and download Excel workbooks. Conversion results can vary based on file quality, layout, scans, OCR accuracy, password protection, and source formatting.
The service is provided as a productivity tool. You are responsible for reviewing converted output before relying on it for business, accounting, legal, tax, medical, financial, or operational decisions.

You must have the rights, authorization, or legal basis needed to upload each file and use each converted output. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive material unless you are comfortable using the service for that material and have authority to do so.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for copyright infringement, malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized data extraction, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
You may not interfere with the service, overload systems, bypass limits, probe security controls, reverse engineer private service components, scrape at abusive volume, or use automated activity that harms reliability for other users.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or replacement service costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the service in the three months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NebuCore Tech from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your files, your outputs, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
